These are the forms you will need to enter your team into the event, to register the members of that team, and to request and correct sponsorship. Please click the links (below) to download and print them. |

Use the Team Entry Form to send us your contact details and to apply for a specific date and time for your team to compete |

Use the Team Members List Form to notify us of the names of your team. |
The Sponsorship Form is for each of your team to record sponsor details and amounts donated so that Gift Aid claims can be made to add 25% to each contribution.
Print as many copies as you need! |
Please note that no personal information about you, your members or sponsors will be retained once the event is over except as temporarily necessary to claim Gift Aid.
We will retain your email address and telephone for the sole purpose of informing you about future events.
Please advise us if you wish us not to do so. |
